HOTTIP hot runner system is manufactured in a dedicated hot runner manufacturing facility in China with the introduction of Japanese sophisticated Hot runner technology, equipped with state of the art Japanese deep hole Drill M/C, CNC internal grinding, Extrude hone, Machining centres, CNC lathe, CNC EDM, CNC wire EDM, etc.

Our Hot Runner Systems are of excellent gate quality, short cycle times and wear resistant, low maintenance long term utilization. We offer standard as well as customized hot runner Manifold and Nozzles according to customers individual requirements. From the time you send us requirements, we will support you with application advisory, technical consultation, installation and in the later stage with excellent after sale service to assist you meet your deadlines and your customers requirements.
